Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts External Stakeholder Meeting
Alanya University Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department organized an External Stakeholder Meeting in order to evaluate sectoral developments and shape educational programs according to current needs before the 2024-2025 academic year.

Representatives from the tourism and food and beverage sectors, hotel and restaurant managers, field experts and the university's academic staff attended the meeting. Many important issues such as the compliance of the curriculum with sectoral expectations, practical training opportunities, internship and graduate employment processes were discussed within the scope of the event.

In the opening speech, he emphasized that being in strong cooperation with the sector directly contributes to the professional development of students. Participants expressed the current dynamics of the sector and the importance of university-industry cooperation.

As Alanya University, we will continue to cooperate with our external stakeholders in order to prepare our students in the best way possible, not only academically but also in the sector.
