The Quality Commission members recently concluded a series of comprehensive, multi-day work sessions to formalize the writing process for the 2025 Institutional Self-Evaluation Report (ISER).
a) To support the Quality Commission,
b) To ensure coordination in internal and external audit processes,
c) To determine, implement and maintain the necessary processes for the establishment of the Quality Assurance System,
d) To identify and report Quality Assurance System performance and needs for improvement,
e) To ensure the structuring of the Quality Assurance System by following the quality standards,
f) To ensure that Unit Quality representatives, process managers and employees receive training on Quality Management Systems and to provide training on the subject,
g) Ensuring communication and processes are carried out with external organizations on issues related to the Quality Assurance System,
h) To ensure coordination among all academic and administrative units of the University regarding the duties of the Quality Coordinator,
i) To contribute to the strategic planning process of the university.
