Cooking Program Held External Stakeholder Meeting.
Alanya University Hotel, Restaurant and Catering Services Department hosted a meaningful meeting with its external stakeholders operating in the food and beverage sector.

In the meeting organized within the scope of the Cooking Program, sector representatives came together and exchanged views on the development of education and training processes. Participants shared valuable suggestions and experiences on current needs in the sector, competencies that need to be provided to students and practices encountered in the business world.

During the meeting, ideas were developed on new collaborations, internship opportunities and applied education models that will support the professional development of our students. Thanks to such meetings, both academic and sectoral perspectives are brought together and a more qualified education environment is aimed.
