Our University Sets the Roadmap for the 2025 Institutional Self-Evaluation Report (ISER)
The Quality Commission members recently concluded a series of comprehensive, multi-day work sessions to formalize the writing process for the 2025 Institutional Self-Evaluation Report (ISER).
During these sessions, Departmental Self-Evaluation Reports, which reflect the current standing of our university’s various academic and administrative units, were thoroughly examined. Data from each unit was analyzed in detail to provide strategic recommendations and improvement plans aimed at fostering institutional development.
Strategic Planning and Collective Intelligence
In these meetings, where every stage of the drafting process was carefully planned, our university’s accreditation goals and quality assurance system standards served as the primary benchmarks. The draft framework, developed through the collaborative efforts of the commission members, aims to present the 2025 report in a more transparent and data-driven structure.
This critical milestone in our university’s quality journey will be finalized based on the principles of institutional belonging and continuous improvement, after which it will be shared with the public and relevant regulatory authorities.
