Alanya University Quality Coordination Unit Concluded Its Internal Stakeholder Meetings

Alanya University Quality Coordination Unit has successfully held its 2025-2026 Academic Year Internal Stakeholder Meetings, aimed at promoting the internal quality culture, evaluating continuous improvement processes, and strengthening inter-departmental coordination.

Organized in line with the strategic goals of our university with the active participation of both academic and administrative units, the meetings focused extensively on enhancing the quality of education and training, research and development activities, social contribution processes, and the efficiency of the management system.

Emphasis on Continuous Improvement and Collective Intelligence

In the statement released by the Quality Coordination Unit, it was emphasized that feedback from internal stakeholders (academic staff, administrative staff ) plays a vital role in shaping the university’s development roadmap. Within the scope of the meetings, survey results, performance indicators, and alignment with strategic plan objectives submitted by the units were analyzed in detail, clarifying the roadmaps for the upcoming period.

During the sessions held with a participatory management approach, the determination to ensure the full integration of all units into the quality assurance system and to transform sustainable quality awareness into an institutional culture was reaffirmed.

Expressing that the reports prepared in line with the outputs obtained from internal stakeholders will provide a strong foundation for our university's external evaluation and accreditation processes, the Alanya University Quality Coordination Unit extended its gratitude to all participants for their valuable contributions.
