Alanya University Rector Prof. Dr. Turan Sağer attended the 2026 YÖKAK International Quality Assurance and Accreditation Conference, hosted by Yıldız Technical University and organized by the Higher Education Quality Council (YÖKAK). The conference, held under the theme "Quality Assurance Systems and Artificial Intelligence in the Digital Transformation Process," addressed quality assurance in higher education, institutional accreditation processes, the development of a quality culture, and the impact of digital transformation on higher education institutions. Within the scope of the conference, academics, administrators, and representatives involved in quality processes from different universities came together to evaluate current practices, best practices, and the development of quality processes in higher education. As Alanya University, we attach importance to strengthening the understanding of continuous improvement and sustainable quality in education, research and development, and institutional development processes, and we continue our efforts to spread the quality culture throughout all units of our university. We would like to thank the Higher Education Quality Council (YÖKAK), Yıldız Technical University, and all stakeholders who contributed to the realization of the conference.
