Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts 2024 External Stakeholder Meeting
As the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts, we held our external stakeholder meeting with experienced chefs, hotel representatives and valuable academicians. Benefiting from our stakeholders' experiences, taking their suggestions and expectations into account, we made joint decisions in order to improve the quality of education in our department, advance research activities and ensure stronger cooperation with the sector.
