Department of Tourism Management 2024 External Stakeholder Meeting was held.
Alanya Touristic Operators Association (ALTİD) President Burhan Sili, Turkish Travel Agencies Association (TURSAB) Alanya Regional Representation Board 2nd President Kerim Yılmaz, Alanya Tourism Promotion Foundation (ALTAV) Board Members Gökçe Aydoğan Ergün and Alper Gencelli, Alanya Alaaddin Keykubat University ( ALKÜ) Dean of the Faculty of Tourism Prof.Dr. Sector professionals and academicians came together at the meeting, which was held with the participation of Burçin Cevdet Çetinsöz, Alanya Municipality Academic Unit, sector representatives and Alanya University Tourism Management Department graduates and students.
At the meeting where leading names of the tourism industry and academicians came together, current developments in the sector and future strategies of the Department of Tourism Management were discussed. Participants shared their valuable ideas and experiences, which will contribute to the further strengthening of the department and the preparation of students for the sector. At the meeting, important opinions were put forward on the dynamics of the tourism sector, innovations in education and the integration of students into the sector. While detailed information was given about the department's future plans and strategies, the opinions and suggestions of sector representatives were carefully listened to.
As Alanya University Tourism Management Department, we maintain our strong ties with the sector and continue our work with the aim of providing the best education to our students.
